A link from an entity to a concept in a vocabulary.

## Attributes


`id: str`  
The identifier exactly as the source wrote it (`"MESH:D008687"`); never parsed.

`source: str | None`  
The vocabulary, when the source names it separately.

`name: str | None`  
The concept's preferred name, when the source gives one.
